Toyota recalls about 162,000 vehicles in US

The recall affects certain 2024–2025 model year Toyota Tundra and Toyota Tundra Hybrid vehicles.

According to a statement from the Japanese automaker, the multimedia display in the affected vehicles may, under certain circumstances, become stuck on a camera view or show a black screen. As a result, the vehicles may fail to meet a federal safety standard.

Toyota added that customers impacted by the recall will be notified of the issue by late March.
