The document was signed by Ulvi Mehdiyev, Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Maryam Al Hammadi, Minister of State and Secretary-General of the UAE Cabinet.
The memorandum aims to expand cooperation in the field of public service provision, develop management and institutional capacities, and implement joint projects in relevant areas.
It also envisages the exchange of experience in the use of innovations in the field of public services.
