UN-Habitat executive director thanks Azerbaijan for organizing Ministerial Meeting on New Urban Agenda

“I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the government of Azerbaijan for organizing this important Ministerial Meeting on the New Urban Agenda at the opening day of World Urban Forum 13,” said Anacláudia Rossbach, Executive Director of UN-Habitat Executive Director, in her remarks at the Ministerial Meeting organized as part of the forum.

Anacláudia Rossbach emphasized that 2026 is not merely a milestone for evaluating the implementation of the New Urban Agenda, but also a pivotal moment for shaping the future course of development.
