Trump warns US will resume major strikes on Iran if talks fail

US President Donald Trump said the United States would resume powerful strikes on Iran if the current talks failed, Axios reported.

Trump said Washington was holding intensive negotiations with Tehran and would return to a large-scale military operation if they ended unsuccessfully.

He said he had agreed to mediators' request to give talks with Iran a chance, but added that he would not allow much time for negotiations.
