Serbia detains suspect over death threat against President Vučić

A suspect accused of making a death threat against Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has been detained, Report's Balkan bureau reported, citing Serbian state broadcaster RTS.

According to the report, the suspect was placed in investigative custody by court order.

The individual, who is from the city of Kragujevac, is accused of posting the death threat on Facebook. During questioning, he exercised his legal right to remain silent and declined to provide a defense statement.

Earlier, President Vučić commented on the incident, saying he did not feel threatened by the alleged death threat.
