Pashinyan: Azerbaijani President’s participation in EPC Summit via video link is of great importance

According to him, discussions underscored the growing need for sincere dialogue and practical solutions to address global challenges and promote peace and stability.

Pashinyan noted that they also addressed the importance of advancing peace and stability in the South Caucasus region.

The Armenian Prime Minister stressed the importance of connectivity. “Connectivity was highlighted as a cornerstone of economic security, resilience, and long-term stability,” the Prime Minister said, noting that strengthening interconnections, alongside advancing climate and energy goals, was recognized as a shared priority. “Discussions also emphasized the importance of regional cooperation and the potential of open and integrated regions to enhance intercontinental links,” the Armenian PM noted.

“Lasting peace, normalization of relations, and the opening of borders would benefit the region and strengthen broader European connectivity and cooperation,” Pashinyan said.
