Oil prices surge in global markets

Oil prices increased in global markets.

On the London ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), the price of Brent crude rose by $0.51 to $72.31 per barrel, while on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), the price of Light crude increased by $0.43 to $69.12 per barrel.
