Kuwait says one person wounded in Iranian attacks

A spokesperson for Kuwait’s defence ministry has confirmed one person was injured during attacks by Iran across the Gulf country, according to Al Jazeera.

Major-General Saud Abdulaziz al-Otaibi said Kuwait’s air defence system intercepted three ballistic missiles, one cruise missile and 10 suicide drones.

The injury took place as a result of falling debris, and the victim is hospitalised in stable condition. The ministry did not specify where the incident occurred.
