Hikmet Hajiyev: Azerbaijani government pays special attention to development of civil society institutions

"The organization of the NGO Forum within the framework of WUF13 holds special significance. The Government of Azerbaijan pays special attention to the development of civil society institutions. It is impossible to form sustainable, resilient, and human-centered cities without the participation of civil society institutions," said Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, during his speech at the event themed “NGO Forum: Global Partnerships and Decision-Making,” according to AZERTAC.
