Gold, silver prices slide amid global market moves

Gold and silver prices declined on global markets, according to trading data.

On the COMEX in New York, the price of one troy ounce of gold fell by $180.90, reaching $4,632.20.

The price of silver dropped by $5.13, trading at $70.95 per ounce.
