FM Bayramov says Azerbaijan fulfils all obligations regarding peace treaty

He underlined that the text of the peace agreement has already been initialed and made public. To date, both the preamble and all 17 articles of the agreement have been made available to the public.

“Azerbaijan’s position on this issue has always been consistent and principled. President Ilham Aliyev has repeatedly stated that Azerbaijan’s main expectation is the removal of territorial claims against Azerbaijan from the Constitution of Armenia. Once this issue is resolved, there will be no remaining obstacles to signing the peace agreement, and the document could be signed the very next day,” the minister emphasized.
