Azerbaijan unveils Medium-Term Budget Framework for 2027-2030

According to the forecasts presented by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy in March of this year, the average annual export price of a barrel of oil in the base scenario will settle at $65 in 2027-2030.

The data predicts that the country’s GDP is expected to reach AZN 139 billion by the end of 2027, increasing to AZN 166.9 billion in 2030.

The share of the non-oil and gas sector in GDP is expected to increase from 71.5 percent in 2025 up to 78 percent in 2027, reaching 81.8 percent in 2030.
