A magnitude 5.1 earthquake ‌struck near Miami, a city in the ⁠state of Texas, on Thursday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) said, Reuters reported.

The ‌quake ⁠was at a depth of 5.5 ⁠km (3.42 miles), USGS said.
