3.1-magnitude earthquake hits Caspian Sea

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Caspian Sea on Wednesday, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The quake, at the depth of 13 km, was recorded at 13:57 local time.
