On August 23, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and First Lady Ziroatkhon Mirziyoyeva posed for a joint photograph at the Kuksaroy State Residence in Tashkent.
