President Ilham Aliyev: Central Asia and Azerbaijan constitute single geopolitical, geo-economic region with enormous growth potential

“Central Asia and Azerbaijan today constitute a single geopolitical and geo-economic region, which has enormous potential today, but even greater potential for further growth,” said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during a joint press statement with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The head of state emphasized that the overall positive development trends in this large and already sufficiently integrated region largely depend on close interaction between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
