4.1-magnitude earthquake jolts Azerbaijan's Zaqatala

An earthquake has occurred in the Zaqatala district, according to the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

The underground tremors recorded at 14:51 local time had a magnitude of 4.1, with a hypocenter located at a depth of 5 kilometers.

The tremors were felt with an intensity of magnitude 4 at the epicenter.
