3.0-magnitude earthquake jolts Lerik–Lankaran border

A magnitude 3.0 earthquake struck the Lerik–Lankaran border area on Monday, the Republican Seismic Survey Center of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences reported.

The earthquake, recorded at 16:00 local time, occurred at a depth of 31 kilometers.

The tremor was not felt.
